How to Enter

Purchase the current Kyvo giveaway entry product listed on Kyvo.ca during the active giveaway period and receive one entry into the applicable Kyvo Giveaway Draw.

Each qualifying giveaway product purchased equals one entry, while supplies and entries remain available. Multiple qualifying purchases may be made while the giveaway remains open.

The current giveaway entry product, prize, entry period, number of available entries, and draw timing will be listed on the applicable product page, contest page, or Kyvo announcement.

 

Giveaway entry shirt purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are available once an order has been placed, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Purchasing the giveaway entry shirt is not required to enter. A no-purchase entry option is available in the contest details.

Please participate responsibly and only purchase what you actually want.

No Purchase Necessary Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To receive one free entry into the applicable giveaway draw, email Kyvo with the subject line:

Your email must include:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Province or territory of residence

• The name of the active Kyvo giveaway you are entering

• A minimum 250-word original written response to the following question:

“How would Kyvo’s industrial PPE, tools, or worksite gear help support safer or better-prepared Canadian crews?”

Limit of one no-purchase entry per person per giveaway draw.

No-purchase entries must be received before the applicable giveaway closes. No-purchase entries have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.

Written responses must be original and personally prepared by the entrant. Entries that appear automated, duplicated, copied, incomplete, or not genuinely prepared by the entrant may be disqualified at Kyvo’s discretion.

How the Draw Works

Eligible entries will be recorded and entered into the applicable Kyvo Giveaway Draw.

Once the giveaway closes, one eligible entry will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that draw.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at purchase or through the no-purchase entry method.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, does not meet eligibility requirements, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, or fails to complete any required confirmation steps, Kyvo may select another eligible entry.

Eligibility

The Kyvo Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are otherwise legally eligible to participate and claim the prize.

Employees, owners, contractors, representatives, and immediate household members of Kyvo may be excluded from participation.

Void where prohibited by law.

Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question may result in disqualification and another eligible entry may be selected.

Prize Details

The applicable prize will be described on the giveaway page, product page, social media post, or Kyvo announcement for that specific draw.

Prizes are awarded as described. No cash value, substitutions, transfers, or exchanges are available unless Kyvo chooses to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Shipping within Canada may be included unless otherwise stated. Any taxes, fees, duties, special delivery requirements, or costs not specifically stated as included are the responsibility of the winner.

Entry Processing

If an entry is submitted after a giveaway has closed, is incomplete, or cannot be verified, it may be excluded from that draw.

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or found to be invalid before the draw, the related entry may be removed.

Kyvo is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, undeliverable, or incorrectly submitted entries.

Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.

Comments, likes, shares, follows, or messages on social media may be appreciated, but they do not automatically count as giveaway entries unless specifically stated in the rules for that giveaway.

Do not post personal information publicly in comments. Personal information should only be submitted through the approved entry method.

Privacy

Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the selected entrant, confirm eligibility, and complete prize delivery where applicable.

By entering, participants agree that Kyvo may contact them about the giveaway using the information provided.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to follow these giveaway details and any additional rules posted for the applicable draw.

Kyvo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or delay a giveaway if fraud, technical issues, supply issues, shipping issues, legal concerns, or circumstances beyond Kyvo’s control affect the proper administration of the giveaway.

Kyvo reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicated, submitted through unauthorized methods, or otherwise inconsistent with the rules.
